About these terms
These terms apply to the services provided by AGB Solutions Ltd ("AGB Solutions", "we", "us", "our"). By requesting a service or engaging us to collect or dispose of waste oil or other materials, you agree to these terms.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
Our services
AGB Solutions provides waste oil collection, vacuum truck services, interceptor cleaning, and related services to commercial and industrial customers. The specific services, volumes, and scheduling are agreed at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to decline any collection if the material does not meet our acceptance criteria or if the site conditions make collection unsafe or impractical.
Free collection threshold
Free collection applies to volumes of 400 litres or more of used oil that meet our acceptance criteria. For volumes below this threshold, or for materials that do not meet our criteria, standard fees apply. Fees are confirmed at the time of booking.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Storing waste oil and other collected materials safely and in suitable sealed containers before collection.
Ensuring collected materials are not contaminated with incompatible substances (such as water, coolant, or solvents) unless agreed in advance.
Providing safe access to the site for our vehicles and drivers.
Disclosing the nature and approximate volume of materials to be collected accurately.
Complying with all applicable environmental and health and safety laws on your site.
Acceptance of materials
We accept used mineral oil (engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, transmission fluid) and materials agreed at the time of booking. We do not accept materials that have been mixed with incompatible substances, hazardous chemicals, or materials not disclosed at the time of booking. If we arrive and the material does not meet our criteria, we may decline the collection.
Pricing and payment
Pricing for services is confirmed at the time of booking. Invoices are due within 20 working days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 2% per month.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AGB Solutions is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the provision of our services.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law where those rights cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
